User Story

As an OpenShift cluster administrator I would like to triage issues that arise from the use of the CCCMO and CCMs, having a troubleshooting document would help me.

Background

We have a troubleshooting doc for the machine-api-operator which helps users to understand some of the most common issues that are seen. We should have a similar doc for the CCCMO to help our users triage and debug issues with CCMs in their clusters.

Steps

• write a doc describing some basic troubleshooting, add it to the CCCMO docs/user directory
