User Story

As a developer of OpenShift I would like to research the UltraSSD disks on Azure so that I can understand the prerequisites and risks asssociated with supporting these disks within Machine API

Background

We have been tasked with supporting UltraSSD disks for Machines on Azure.

These can be used for the data disk but also need to be supported for PVs.

To enable them in either case, a parameter is required to be set on the VM when it is created.

We will need to add a config parameter to allow this and ensure the UltraSSD disks can be used as the data disk.

• Write up an enhancement detailing how we will implement the Ultra Disk support
