In order to make migration from MAPI to CAPI possible, we need some logic that converts MAPI Machines/MachineSets to CAPI Machines/MachineSets and MachineTemplates and back. This ticket tracks progress in implementing a static conversion tool https://github.com/cloud-team-poc/mapi-capi-static-converter. The goal is to use its logic later in the migration controller.
