      Description of problem:

When an image is built from a git repository, labels are added to the image that allow to trace the source code the image was built from (like `io.openshift.build.commit.id`).

When an image is built by uploading a source archive, it is not possible to add these labels.

      Expected results:

It should be possible to add the labels that enable tracing the sources the image was built from.

The `instantiatebinary` API accepts query parameters (like `revision.commit`) to provide the source control information. These could be used to add the labels.

Or, the `instantiatebinary` API could be extended to allow adding arbitrary labels.
