      Epic Goal

      • as a developer, I want to use rhel entitlement in pods and dockerfile builds, so that I can install Red Hat provided rpms with yum install in pods or during the image build. The entitlements should be defined once for a cluster and be exposed across pods and builds running on the cluster.
