Negative test of the xt_u32 component fails with the the following error:

Consistently appears in the latest d/s CNF CI runs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run d/s CNF CI 4.11/4.12 pipelines (OCP MNO deployment - 3 masters, 3 BM workers; xt_u32 cnf-features-deploy e2e test suite).
