Description of problem:
The node type filter on the overview - Cluster utilization section is not being updated

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-08-07-180207, with PR #11927

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to overview -cluster utilization section
2. Click 'Filter by Node type', check the option list on the dropdown list
3.

Actual results:
the option of master needs to change

Expected results:
"master" -> "control plane"
