Describe the issue:
The description is incorrect and not updated with the latest content in docs.openshift.com. The link is as follows:

For instance, it says "No DHCP server is required." in access.redhat.com but actually "It is recommended to use a DHCP server" as described in docs.openshift.com.

Suggestions for improvement:
Update the content in access.redhat.com according to docs.openshift.com

Additional information:
In addition to that, the section "Setting the cluster node hostnames through DHCP" right after the above section is missing in access.redhat.com, so it is necessary to add this section too.

All the above changes will need to be backported to the previous versions'document.
