Description of problem:
Some packages from the rhocp-4.8-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms repository are no longer included in newer versions, but they are used by the customer. He now requests to get them included in the repositories of more recent and future versions of OpenShift.

4.8 has the packages, 4.9+ is missing them

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attach rhocp-4.9-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms or later to a system
2. Try to install python3-openshift from this repository
3.

Actual results:
Package is missing and can not be installed

Expected results:
python3-openshift and python3-kubernetes and deps are available from either a dedicated client-access repo (which may also include OpenShift tooling like oc and opm) - or would have to be re-added to rhocp-4.9-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms and newer.
