      Describe the issue:

      I tried together with IBM on IBM Cloud the Openshift IPI Installer. We recognise missing permissions:

      In the table of Required access policies [1] we missed the entry for the target resource group:

      Service Type: IAM services
      Service: Resource group
      Access policy scope: Resource group
      Platform access: Administrator
      Service access:

      We installed an existing resource group and a different resource group for cloud internet service instance. For this use case we changed the access manually from the “openshift-rg” to the “cloud internet service instance”

      Suggestions for improvement:

      Please add the missing row.
