Describe the issue:
This is a request to include an explanation in the Product Architecture documentation about the possibility to have automatic node provisioning and cluster autoscaling when the cluster is installed with user provisioned infrastructure.
As these capabilities are related to Machine API, the chapter about Machine Management should also be reviewed as currently the wording in "User-provisioned infrastructure" section may induce the reader to think it isn't possible to use machine management when the cluster was installed through UPI method.
It may also be required to document the requirements to have a working Machine API configuration, such as DHCP and proper permissions for the account used for cloud provider configuration.
A table showing for each platforms the configuration is possible would also be useful. For example, RHV UPI or bare metal UPI / platform agnostic can't have Machine API configured.
