Developer catalog cards looks sometimes squashed (when switching to Devfiles)

Description of problem:
When navigate back and forward in the dev catalog the cards looks sometimes squashed. They don't have the correct height. This might happen when switching between a catalog that have a sidebar and one without!? Resizing the browser window solves the problem. Checkout the recording.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Could not reproduce this in 4.8, but happen since 4.9+

How reproducible:
Always when switching to Devfiles. But it doesn't happen on all cards or lists.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Add > All services
2. Select type "Devfiles"

Expect that this depends on the window width. Please checkout the attached recording.

Actual results:
The devfile cards in the last row hasn't the correct size.

Expected results:
All cards should have the same height and padding.
