Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log

When the update-service performs scraping, it complains with the error message that I'll post in BZ private comments.

I honestly don't understand where does the error come from, because it makes a complain for each of the release components about not finding the 'release-manifests/release-metadata' of different images. Those images do not seem to match either the release image or the component images and are not present in the mirrored registry.

We need help on understanding what is the update service exactly trying to do and where does it fail.
