Description of problem:
When user creates multiple resources successfully and stays on the "Resources successfully created" page. The Import Yaml" button in the upper right corner of the page will no longer work and will not trigger an action when clicked

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login OCP, and create multiple resources by using "Import YAML"
The data in oc-manifest.yaml file can be used which is located in repo https://github.com/openshift/console/tree/master/dynamic-demo-plugin
2. Click the "Import Yaml" button in the upper right corner of the page

Actual results:
The button doesn't work after click

Expected results:
Users can be redirected to "Import YAML" page
