Section Number and Name: 3.4.2.3. Nova availability zones

Describe the issue:
We do not support when an OpenShift cluster is deployed across multiple OpenStack Availability Zones.
This is named "Stretched clusters" and will be worked on during 4.12 cycle. See https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSASINFRA-2852

A cluster (3 masters + X workers) should all be within the SAME AZ.

Suggestions for improvement:
Remove that section, this is not what we recommend for HA.
