Actually we introduced two basic ways for local volume, with Local Storage Operator and without Local Storage Operator, when with LSO, we could use localvolume CR and localvolumeset CR, after the pv provisioning, we add how to use this PV, like "Creating the local volume persistent volume claim" and "Attach the local claim". When we only have localvolume CR in 4.5(https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.5/storage/persistent_storage/persistent-storage-local.html), it looks okay, but looks like a little mess after adding the localvolumeset.
