'Filter by Kind' with non en_US text is not working.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Home - API Explorer
2. Copy&paste non en_US text in 'Filter by kind...' field
3. No results shown.

Actual results:
'filter by kind' is not working with non en_US text

Expected results:
Expecting 'filter by kind' works with non en_US text
