Description of problem: In Topology page when starting the VM, the status in Details sidebar is not updated.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create stopped VM
2. Go to Topology page, open Details sidebar
3. Start the VM, wait for VM status to become "Starting"
4. Open VM actions menu

Actual results:
VM actions menu looks like the VM is stopped

Expected results:
VM actions menu should look like the VM is starting

Additional info:
This happens in both Graph and List view
