host's black console

Description of problem:
To a cluster deployed by AI using minikube trying to add a new bmh (example of used yaml file attached). The new bmh is stuck in inspecting state for very long time and finishes in inspection error. The host to be added turned on but on the console black screen like nothing happens

4.9.15

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy the luster using AI minikube
2. Add bmh by $ oc create -f new-bmh.yaml

Actual results:
BMH stuck

Expected results:
BMH should reach ready state

Additional info:
It was stuck for so long that I already gathered must-gather mentioned bellow in comment2. Please ignore it and use http://rhos-compute-node-10.lab.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/logs/BZ2043218-must-gather-final.tar.gz
