• In documentation, all the implications / performance loss after ETCD encryption are not mentioned.
• Add a Warning sign in documentation about performance loss after ETCD encryption.
• In a production/non-production setup, changes after ETCD encryption can cause inconvenience.

Suggestions for improvement:
Before users proceed with this change (ETCD encryption), they must be warned about the changes after encryption.

• ETCD encryption might affect memory consumption of few resources.
• Users can see a transient performance hit on the backup during the snapshot (backup), as the leader must serve the backup.
• A disk I/O can hit on the node which can receive the backup state.
