Description of problem:

While updating the EDB operator from version 1.9.2 to 1.10.0 new version csv is going into pending state with the below error message

and the operator support team asked the customer to verify this from the platform side. Now the customer removed and installed the latest version of the operator directly.

To avoid this in the future we want to know what caused the upgrade to fail.
