[RFE] ip-failover to support inconsistent interface name on nodes

    Description

      Description of problem:

      Names of network interfaces on multiple nodes that are connected to the same network can be inconsistent. For example, one being 'eth1' on node1, the other can be 'enp7s0' on node2.

      In this case, you can not configure ip-failover[1] on those nodes.

      Actual results:
      There is no way to configure ip-failover on nodes when they have different interface names.

      Expected results:
      There is a way to configure ip-failover on nodes when they have different interface names.
