Description of problem:

customer creates a performance profile which in turn, auto generates a tuned profile.

This auto generated profile is degraded. As I don't know how performance-addon-operator creates the tuned profile from a certain performace one, I am reporting this bug to get assistance since the logs of the operator are not showing anything at all.

I will upload logs and details in private comments of this bug.
