Describe the issue:
OpenShift Dedicated Documentation for GCP is missing the section "Provisioned Infrastructure" where it should define the details of the provisioned infrastructure such as Master and Infra sizing, Storage needed, etc.

The same section is available for AWS instead:
https://docs.openshift.com/dedicated/osd_planning/aws-ccs.html#ccs-aws-provisioned_aws-ccs

This kind of data is really needed for customer who wants to calculate the cost and the quota to reserve for the OSD service.
