Describe the issue:

The current OpenShift 4 upgrade documentation does not mention anything about the assisted installer and Single Node cluster upgrade. If those are unsupported for upgrade, the above upgrade page should notify a NOTE to the customer if they attempt to upgrade such a cluster created by these install formats.
