Section Number and Name: GCP PD CSI driver storage class parameters

Describe the issue: The table "CreateVolume Parameters" lists as value types only "pd-ssd" and "pd-standard", the CSI driver supports also "pd-balanced".

Suggestions for improvement: add "pd-balanced" to the allowed values
