Description of problem:
On an IBM ROKS cluster, a RHEL 7 worker node returns a mode unexpected by this test:
dgtrwx (dtrwx is what is expected).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run e2e test against ROKS cluster

Actual results:
[sig-storage] HostPath should give a volume the correct mode - fails

Expected results:
Test succeeds

Investigate why this is the case and fix the test if necessary
