      Description of problem:

Install RHEL with Microshift image and configure a Hostname which has an uppercase letter e.g: Microshift.local.
After the node restarts, Microshift does not come up and all pods remain in pending state.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.12.5

      How reproducible:

Install RHEL 8.7 with Microshift 4.12.5 and set Hostname with Upper Case letter

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install RHEL with Upper case hostname
      2. Restart the node.
      3. Microshift is not ready.

      Actual results:

Microshift Cluster does not come up.

      Expected results:

Microshift cluster should come up without any issues

      Additional info:

Changing the host name back to lower case does not help, need to reinstall OS with new Hostname containing all lower case.
