      To configure the service-account usage other than the Default.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.12.0-202301301729

      How reproducible:

      Easy

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install MetalLB operator
2. It gets created with default service account
3.

      Actual results:

      Operator runs with default SA.

      Expected results:

      Operator should be allowed to run by any service acocunt other than default
