      Description of problem:

      
a customer is showing me this behavior in v0.1.61:

- "oc get complianceremediations" is showing them as applied.
- "oc delete scan ..."

then, after a moment, the rescan takes place showing as compliant but:

-  "oc get complianceremediations" is showing them as unapplied.
