Description of problem:

Egressfirewall resources are applied to the cluster but the status field is empty.

 
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

4.8 and 4.9

Additional info:
Seems that if the status field is not updated the first time is never re-attempted.
Changing something in the resource to trigger a new update could work around the issue.
