    Description

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-7617. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Azure Disk volume is taking time to attach/detach

      Openshift ARO 4.10.30
      How reproducible:

      While performing scaledown and scaleup of statefulset pod takes time to attach and detach volume from nodes.
