Description of problem:

    The discovery ISO generated by assisted service running in SaaS from above the sea level, removes 2 important files for the OVE /etc/assisted/no-config-image and /etc/assisted/extra-manifests/internalreleaseimage.yaml

How reproducible:

    Always

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Download OVE ISO from SaaS UI in staging env
    2. Export the ignition
    3. Export the ignition from the OVE ISO and compare this ignition with discovery ISO ignition

Actual results:

    2 important files for the OVE /etc/assisted/no-config-image and /etc/assisted/extra-manifests/internalreleaseimage.yaml are missing

Expected results:

    /etc/assisted/no-config-image and /etc/assisted/extra-manifests/internalreleaseimage.yaml should always be present in the discovery ISO
