Description of problem:

    Pull secret defined in the Above-the-Sea UI is not used to populate the corresponding field in the local UI

    4.21.5

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. From the SaaS UI, populate the Pull secret field
    2. Download and boot the OVE ISO
    3. Wait for the local UI URL to appear, open the URL in a browser, the Pull Secret field is empty

Actual results:

    Pull Secret field in local UI is empty

Expected results:

    Pull Secret field in local UI should be pre-filled with the content specified in the SaaS UI

AGENT-1452 Boot the ISO. Then on the below the sea level UI aka local UI on rendezvous host, see if the fields are populated with what user had entered from the SaaS UI
