      summary

      The goal of this spike is to install the necessary artifacts in a cluster to perform a full run of the new data gathering process. Using the information provided in the Epic, deploy a cluster with the OpenTelemetry Operator running, in which we can test whether the Insights Operator can access and retrieve the proper data structures.
