      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-76286. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Installing this package pulls in too many deps, so remove it and we'll have 55 fewer packages in our base image. We can re-add it in the images that actually need it, which we're working to determine what those are right now.
