      ARM64 instances are not becoming nodes in the Karpenter-managed nodes

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.19.z

      How reproducible:

          100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Create a OpenShift HCP cluster with 4.19 or above and enable AutoNode
    2. Create openshiftec2nodeclass and nodepool to create Graviton instances
    3. Deploy pods to run on Karpenter-managed nodes and observe ARM64 instances started are not becoming machines/nodes

      Actual results:

          Graviton instances are not becoming ready nodes

      Expected results:

           Graviton instances become ready nodes
