Description of problem:
Tried to run the OLM tests in openshift/origin on OCP 4.22 ppc64le cluster and have observed the following failures

How reproducible:
While running all tests in openshift/origin at release-4.22
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create the OCP cluster(in ppc64le) 2. Clone the openshift/origin at release-4.22 3. Run all the OLM test in origin
