OCP still ships ovirt-csi-driver-operator and ovirt-csi-driver in 4.15 - 4.20 payloads.

• OCP on RHV Support was announced as deprecated & no long supported in OCP 4.14,   RHV ELP ends on Aug 31, 2026 .
• The latest approved support exceptions for OCP on RHV ended on Oct 31, 2025.

We should remove the image from the payload.

On our side, we need to ensure that there is no CI job using/building the images and that CSO does not refer to the image in code, yaml assets and image-references. Sync with ART how to actually stop building & shipping the images on their side.
