Description of problem: Application pod traffic is dropped due to kube-apiserver rollout events

Summary:

• Customer has etcd encyption enabled in the cluster and hence due to that kube-apiserver pod rolls out every week.
• Due to rollout customer's application pod traffic is dropped.
