Description of problem:

Incorrect translations for 'CatalogSources' and 'OperatorGroups' in  locales/{xx}/olm.json

The 'CatalogSources' and 'OperatorGroups' are custom resource kinds, and should be  in English to ensure consistency with the API and CLI.
