Description of problem:

Scrolling down on '+Add' page will return to the middle of the page.

How reproducible:

Reproduce on Firefox 147/148

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Login console from Firefox browser. go to '+Add' page.
    2.Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
    3.

Actual results:

2. It will return to the middle of the page automatically in seconds. (Could modify the browser page size to reproduce the issue)

Expected results:

2. Should stay at the bottom of the page.
