The conditionals in https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/blob/main/modules/installation-configuration-parameters.adoc?plain=1#L196 are always resolving as true, and showing up in every platform's install configurations doc. Either the attribute should be renamed, or the conditional should be renamed.
