      Description of problem:

      Baremetal-runtimecfg fails to build using a CentOS/RHEL 10 base image as dhclient has been deprecated and cannot be installed on CentOS/RHEL 10. This prevents baremetal-runtimecfg from being built using a CentOS/RHEL 10 base image. The most suitable replacement seems to be NetworkManager.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      Replace the base image in the baremetal-runtimecfg openshift Dockerfile to CentOS 10

      Actual results:

      baremetal-runtimecfg fails to build with package not found for dhclient

      Expected results:

      baremetal-runtimecfg should build
