While installing a cluster using Assisted Installer in disconnected environment, the kubeconfig file cannot be downloaded from UI. The attempt fails with `Request failed with status code 502`. Due to this, the installation cannot be initiated.

 This can be reproduced by booting the nodes from `agent-ove` ISO. Once the rendezvous host is configured, access the assisted ui and provide cluster configurations and try downloading the kubeconfig file in `Download Credentials` page. 

 1. Boot the nodes with `agent-ove` ISO.
 2. Configure the nodes and the rendezvous host
 3. Access the generated assisted UI page and start configuring the cluster.
 4. From the `Download Credentials` page, try downloading the kubeconfig file.    
    

The kubeconfig file cannot be download, hence, the installation cannot be initiated. 

The kubeconfig file should get downloaded and installation should start.
