Description of problem:

During ISO creation, oc mirror validates the index image redhat-operator-index:v4.21 and detects an issue with the package mtv-operator. The index reports an invalid default channel configuration because the configured default channel, "release-v2.11", has been filtered out. As a result, the package no longer has a valid default channel defined.

    1. Create OVE Image using 4.22 release

Actual results:

[ERROR]  : [Executor] collection error: collect catalog "registry.redhat.io/redhat/redhat-operator-index:v4.21": invalid default channel configuration for package "mtv-operator": the default channel "release-v2.11" was filtered out, a new default channel must be configured for this package

Expected results:

The OVE ISO image creation should be successful
