Sriov VFs not configured when using altname for pfNames field in SriovNodePolicy for Mlx NIC

      Description of problem: Configure SriovNetworkNodePolicy with pfNames set to an altname of the Mlx NIC. Node enters a boot loop because the VFs are not configured and Sriov attempts indefinitely by booting everytime. 

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.22

      How reproducible: 100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create an altname for Mlx NIC (using NNCP or manually on host)
      2. Create an SriovNetworkNodePolicy with pfNames set to the altname defined.

      Actual results: Node enters boot loop

      Expected results: VFs should be configured
