      This bug is created to merge https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/30740 which is a follow up of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-65984?focusedId=28928813&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-28928813

      The symptom is on 4.21 as well and the exception is merged only to 4.22.

      We want the exception on 4.21 too to help it code readiness.
