      When running toolbox on an RHCOS 10.1 host it fails to launch with the following.

      oc debug node/ip-10-0-10-196.us-east-2.compute.internal
      Starting pod/ip-10-0-10-196us-east-2computeinternal-debug-nm4qh ...
      To use host binaries, run `chroot /host`. Instead, if you need to access host namespaces, run `nsenter -a -t 1`.
