Description of the problem:
- Unable to discover hosts using BMC because the agent service is failing to start with this error:
Error: netavark: failed to start process: fork/exec /usr/libexec/podman/netavark: input/output error
How reproducible: Always
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot a system using BMC/BMH
2. ssh the node and check the agent service logs
Actual results:
The agent service fails
Expected results:
The Agent service should start and the hosts should get discovered.
Additional Info:
This issue is not faced when:
1. Hosts are discovered using a discovery iso
2. When we disable converged_flow
